Beaufort ~ 2nd Annual 5K Firecracker Run
Join Help of Beaufort for a FIRECRACKER 5K Race on the morning of July 4th in Downtown Beaufort. Starting at 8 am on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, on Bay & Newcastle Streets. Run through historic downtown Beaufort and across the famous Woods Bridge following a certified 5K course.
Salute from the Shore Flyover
Head towards the beaches of Beaufort between 1-2 p.m. on July the 4th and show your support for our armed forces! and Wear your red, white, and blue when the planes soar overhead. Salute from the Shore synchronizes a salute to our troops a special military flyover that spans the length of the state’s coastline. Show your true colors and be part of our final “Salute” video by submitting your best visuals for the world to see.

Join in the festivities during the 4th of July Celebration & Fireworks at the Sands of Port Royal. Hosted by the Town of Port Royal and Historic Port Royal Foundation, the event begins at 5 p.m. and runs until after the fireworks display at dusk. Fun for the entire family, enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs, face painting, jump castles and much more – including the U.S. Marine Corps Band! portroyal.org.
