1. A Magical Beaufort Christmas
Get ready to jingle all the way and make the most of the holiday season with Downtown Beaufort’s “A Magical Beaufort Christmas.” This charming town transforms into a winter wonderland that will leave you enchanted and feeling the holiday spirit in every corner. This fun projection event starts November 24th and lasts through December 25th nightly from 6-10:00 p.m. Be sure to mark your calendars to catch the colorful and vibrant projections taking place at various locations across downtown Beaufort. 2. Santa Visits Beaufort
Visit Santa in downtown Beaufort starting November 26th. Santa can be found in Downtown Beaufort outside the Beaufort Candy Shoppe ready to grant wishes and spread joy.

3. Gullah Kinfolk Christmas Wish…Freedom: A Sea Island Holiday Celebration
Come and hear the story about the Sea Islands of Beaufort, SC, 1860, it is the last Christmas before the Civil War. On December 20, 1860, South Carolina becomes the first state to secede from the Union. Masters in the Big House Talkin’ ‘bout war coming. Servants in the Quarters talkin’ ‘bout freedom coming. Aunt Pearlie Sue and Gullah Kinfolk bring this history alive through interactive storytelling, dancing, hand-clapping and foot-stomping music that mesmerizes audiences as they journey back in time to celebrate this special Yuletide season.

4. A Night on the Town & Holiday Weekend
Venue: Downtown Beaufort
It’s the opening of the Christmas/holiday shopping season and takes place on the first weekend of December. A long-standing tradition of the community, A Night on the Town is a mix of traditional and contemporary. It is an evening with a surprise around every corner and several things that will entertain, delight, and get you in the Holiday Spirit. Shops will stay open late to welcome regular and new customers with special treats and a preview of their large and unique selection of items for the Holidays to help get a head start of the holiday season.
The evening also includes the City of Beaufort’s tree lighting ceremony, entertainment by the Parris Island Marine Corps Band, choral performances, plenty of good cheer, and a rumored visit from Santa himself.
Dec. 2: Light up the Night Holiday Boat Parade
Bring your chairs and blankets to the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park for the Beaufort Lighted Boat Parade! Our locals take to the seas on their boats that are decorated with beautiful Christmas lights and other decorations. Boats will make three passes at the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park by the seawall.
Dec 3: Traditional Beaufort Christmas Parade
Head downtown to end our “Holiday Weekend” with a Christmas parade led by Santa! 4-6 p.m.
