Celebrate Independence Day with family, friends, and community at the Community Freedom Fest at the Park! Join us on Friday, July 4, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Waterfront Park for a fun-filled morning of patriotic celebration. Enjoy family-friendly activities, games, a kids’ DJ, community organizations, and plenty of opportunities to make lasting memories together. The festivities kick off with the Kids & Family Parade at 9:00 AM. Participants are encouraged to decorate their bikes, wagons, strollers, and more in red, white, and blue and join the parade as it travels from 500 Carteret Street to Waterfront Park.
