2. The Kazoo Factory Museum:
See how kazoos are made at this museum featured on National Public Radio show All Things Considered. Read the story here. The museum tours show how kazoos are assembled, imprinted, packaged and shipped worldwide. Kids can also make their own kazoos to take home. Admission is free.

3. Spanish Moss Trail:
Bike this 12-foot wide, 5-mile paved pedestrian trail through neighborhoods, marshes and more.

4. Hunting Island State Park and Lighthouse:
Climb the 167 steps and walk around the observation deck. Children must be 44” tall to climb the lighthouse, which is subject to close for repairs without notice.

5. Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park Playground:
Enjoy shaded play areas, restrooms, a grassy area for picnicking. Kids can watch fishermen showing their skills on the dock in front of the playground.
